Ingredients
  Ground groundnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), peeled and nicely
  Green chillies 4 , minced
  Coconut 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Coriander leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced (handful)
  Lime juice 1 Teaspoon, strained
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Asafoetida 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
  Sugar To Taste
  Chilli powder To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a vessel mix together peanuts, chillies, salt, coconut, sugar and 4 cups water.
2. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Take off from fire and add coriander leaves.
4. In a skillet heat 2 tablespoons ghee and add asafoetida and cumin seeds.
5. When seeds stop spluttering, add groundnuts.

SERVING
6. Serve hot.
