Ingredients
  White bread slices 1 Pound, crust trimmed, each cut into 4 strips and toasted
  Peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs) (as required, use crust to make them)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium sized bowl, combine butter and oil. Using an electric beater, blend well.
2. Dip a toasted bread strip in this mixture and then cover evenly with crumbs.
3. Follow same procedure for remaining strips. Store in air tight containers.

SERVING
4. Serve as a snack with any hot beverage like tea or coffee.

TIPS
Do not discard trimmed crust. Toast them in an pre heated oven and grind into bread crumbs. Use as required.
