Ingredients
  Ground cashew nuts 4 Ounce (115 Gram)
  Peanut butter 1 Ounce (30 Gram)
  Fresh thyme/Less quantity if dried thyme leaves are used 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Wheat biscuits 1 , shredded (1 Quantity)
Directions

MAKING
1. Take all the biscuits and pound them together until ingredients bind
2. Crumble the shredded wheat biscuits and add to the other ingredients
3. Form it into rissoles

SERVING
4. Can be served with salad, cooked vegetables or can be used in packed lunches
