I have been making this recipe for years but can't remember where I originally got it from (when I say years, I mean since the 70's). Anyway, my grown children still occasionally ask for it for Christmas! We add salted peanuts and/or M&Ms.This definitely deserves 5 stars.

I make this too but sometimes instead of popcorn (and peanuts) I use rice and corn CHEX cereal. After I mix it all together I spread it on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper. When the mixture has cooled just break it apart into bite size pieces. It works well with the popcorn too. My son starts asking for it right after Thanksgiving!
