Peanut Rice

Ingredients
  Cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Roasted peanuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sesame seed 1 Teaspoon
  Mustard seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Curry leaves sprig 1
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Chopped coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Prepare baghar of curry leaves, mustard seeds, chilli and turmeric powders in hot oil.
Add sesame seed and onion.
Fry till golden brown.
Roast grated coconut and add with peanuts to the onion mixture and fry well.
Warm rice and place in serving dish.
Spoon peanut mixture over and garnish with coriander leaves.
