|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Peanut butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk chocolate pieces||11 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package, About 2 Cups)|
|Miniature marshmallows package||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Crispy rice cereal||4 1⁄4 Cup (68 tbs)|
|Unsalted peanuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Lightly butter a 13" x 9" baking pan; set aside.
In a 3-quart saucepan, combine butter or margarine, peanut butter and half the chocolate pieces.
Stir constantly over low heat until chocolate melts.
Add marshmallows, stirring until melted.
Stir in cereal and peanuts.
Immediately pat mixture into prepared pan and sprinkle top with remaining chocolate pieces.
Cover pan with cookie sheet or aluminum foil; let stand several minutes or until chocolate starts to melt.
With a small spatula, smooth chocolate over top.
Refrigerate until set.
Cut into bars.
