Double Peanut Clusters
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Light corn syrup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Creamy peanut butter||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Blanched roasted peanuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Concentrated protein cereal||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Ready To Eat)|
Bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil in a saucepan over moderately low heat, stirring constantly; remove from heat, add peanut butter, and blend until smooth.
Quickly mix in remaining ingredients, then drop from a teaspoon onto wax paper, or cool until easy to handle and shape into 1" balls.
Let stand in a cool place (not the refrigerator) until firm.
