Delightfully Different Bonbons

Ingredients
  Confectioner’s sugar 1 Pound
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Crunchy peanut butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butterscotch bits 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Paraffin 2 Tablespoon, shaved
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, sift the confectioner’s sugar and soften the butter at room temperature
2) Mix together the peanut butter and the butter
3) Add in sugar little by little and mix well
4) Using the hands shape into small balls
5) Place in the refrigerator to chill
6) Atop a double boiler, melt the butterscotch bits and paraffin together
7) Dip the balls in the butterscotch mixture and place on a greased pan to firm
8) Place back in the refrigerator to firm up

SERVING
9) Serve chilled
