Raisin Peanut Clusters
|Semisweet chocolate pieces||6 Ounce (1 Cup Or 1 Package)|
|Sweetened condensed milk||14 Ounce (1 Can Undiluted)|
|Seedless raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shelled roasted peanuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Melt chocolate in top part of double boiler over hot water.
Add milk and salt and cook for 10 minutes, or until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add raisins and peanuts.
Drop from tablespoon onto wax paper.
Refrigerate until firm.
Makes about 20 clusters.
