Ingredients
  Peanut oil/Vegetable oil 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Soy sauce 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1 Tablespoon, freshly ground
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry red wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dried parsley flakes 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a 1 quart jar.
Seal tightly and shake vigorously.
An excellent marinade for steak, brisket, beef cubes, or kabobs.
