Soy Peanut Marinade

Ingredients
  Raw peanuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
  Soybeans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cooked
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Apple cider vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sesame oil 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame tahini/Sesame butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry tarragon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1⁄2 , sliced into thin rings
  Sesame seeds 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), toasted
Directions

After the beans are cooked, drain them well.
Combine the honey, vinegar, oil, tahini, salt, herbs, and spices EXCEPT sesame.
Toss the dressing into the cooked peanuts and beans; add the onion rings, cover, and chill several hours or overnight.
Just before serving stir in the sesame seeds and transfer the marinade to a bowl lined with greens.
