Crunchy Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
  Instant nonfat dry milk powder 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Chunky-style peanut butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Frozen unsweetened concentrated apple juice 8 Teaspoon (2 Tablespoons Plus 2 Teaspoons)
  Ice water 2 Tablespoon
  Oven toasted rice cereal 3⁄4 Ounce (Ready To Eat)
  Shredded coconut 4 Teaspoon, lightly toasted (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)
Directions

In small bowl combine milk powder with peanut butter, blending thoroughly; stir in raisins, apple juice, and water.
Add cereal and stir until combined.
Press mixture into 7 3/8 x 3 5/8 x 2 1/4-inch nonstick loaf pan; sprinkle with coconut and, using back of spoon, press coconut into mixture.
Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
