Honey Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Sifted all purpose flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Cream butter and peanut butter with sugar until smooth.
Beat in honey, then egg and mix well.
Add flour sifted with baking powder and mix well.
Roll into walnut-size balls and put on ungreased cookie sheet.
Press with fork to flatten, making lattice design, and bake in preheated moderate oven (375°F.) for 15 minutes.
