Peanut Crispies

Ingredients
  Shelled peanuts 250 Gram
  Bengal gram flour 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Besan)
  Rice flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Red chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (As Required)
  Oil 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
Directions

Roast peanuts in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Prepare a batter of gram and rice flours, chilli powder, salt and water.
Add roasted peanuts.
Mix well.
Heat oil.
Drop peanuts into the hot oil, one at a time.
Fry till crisp and drain on paper.
Tin when cool.
