|Shelled peanuts||250 Gram|
|Bengal gram flour||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Besan)|
|Rice flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Red chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (As Required)|
|Oil||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
Roast peanuts in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Prepare a batter of gram and rice flours, chilli powder, salt and water.
Add roasted peanuts.
Drop peanuts into the hot oil, one at a time.
Fry till crisp and drain on paper.
Tin when cool.
