Spicy Peanut Chicken Drummettes
|Creamy peanut butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Hot red pepper flakes||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped roasted peanuts||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Finely chopped fresh cilantro||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Rotate the chicken wings in the Flat Standard Basket for 45 minutes or until they are browned and cooked through.
Meanwhile, heat the peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, garlic and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan over low heat until smooth.
Toss with hot cooked wings and transfer to a serving dish.
Sprinkle with peanuts and cilantro.
