Sugar Glazed Peanuts

  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon, ground
  Peanuts 1 Pound (shelled)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Toss together sugar, cinnamon, and peanuts in a 1 1/2-quart glass casserole.
Dot butter over the mixture.
Microwave at HIGH 5 to 6 minutes.
Immediately pour mixture onto aluminum foil to coat all the peanuts.
Serve warm or cold.
