Easy Peach Cobbler
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Self rising flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Peaches||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Butter stick||1 , finely chopped|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Mix sugar and flour.
Add well-beaten egg.
Don't be discouraged, it will mix to rough crumbs.
Place peaches in 9" x 13" x 2" casserole dish.
Add sugar to taste and then add water.
Tapioca will thicken juice, but this is optional.
Sprinkle flour mixture on top of peaches and top with butter.
Bake at 350° for 1 hr. until brown.
