Ingredients
  Quick cooking rolled oats 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flaked coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Coarsely chopped peanuts 2 Tablespoon
  Peanut butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In a small mixing bowl stir together oats, coconut, sugar, and peanuts.
Stir in peanut butter.
Spread evenly in an 8x8x2-inch baking pan.
Bake in a 350° oven about 15 minutes or till light brown.
Cool slightly; crumble.
