Peanut Butter's Mores

  White cake mix 9 Ounce (1 Package)
  Reduced fat creamy peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg substitute 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cooking spray 1 Tablespoon
  Marshmallow creme 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped dry roasted peanuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Semisweet chocolate chips 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

1. Preheat oven to 375°.
2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; stir until well blended. Spread batter into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.
3. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes or until crust is just set. Remove from oven, and gently spread marshmallow creme over warm crust. Sprinkle evenly with chopped peanuts and chocolate chips. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely.
