Double Peanut Cookies

Ingredients
  Granulated sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shortening 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Peanut butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Baking soda 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salted peanuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
Directions

Cream together sugars, shortening, and peanut butter.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Stir together flour, baking soda, and salt; stir into creamed mixture.
Stir in nuts.
Form dough into 1-inch balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet; flatten slightly with fingers.
Bake at 350° about 10 minutes.
