Soya Peanut Delight

Ingredients
  Roasted peanuts 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Soya bean chunks 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Slit green chilies 3
  Cooked green peas 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped cilantro 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Fried onion rings 4 (for garnish)
Directions

Sauté the chopped onions till they become translucent in butter. Add the slit green chilies to it and sauté for 5 minutes. Add the cooked green peas and soya chunks. Then add the roasted peanuts to it and sauté for 5 minutes. Remove from fire. Add the chopped cilantro and salt. Garnish with the onion rings. Serve hot.
