Party Peanut Crisp
|Onion soup mix||1 Ounce (1 Envelope, Lipton Recipe Secrets)|
|All purpose flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), softened|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground cumin||1 Teaspoon|
|Shredded wheat cereal||1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded (Spoon Size)|
|Whole almonds||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Natural)|
|Unsalted peanuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Line jelly-roll pan with aluminum foil; spray with no stick cooking spray and set aside.
In large bowl with electric mixer, combine onion soup mix, flour, butter, brown sugar, egg and cumin until well blended.
Stir in remaining ingredients; spread into prepared pan.
Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool completely on wire rack.
