Peanut Butterscotch Delight

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chunky peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar free butterscotch instant pudding and pie filling 1
Directions

Sprinkle gelatin over water in saucepan.
Allow to soften for 5 minutes.
Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve gelatin.
Remove from heat; then stir in peanut butter until melted.
Chill until gelatin mixture is the consistency of egg whites.
Chill until firm.
Prepare pudding as directed on package.
When both the gelatin and the pudding are firm, layer the pudding and the gelatin into eight dessert dishes, starting with pudding and ending with gelatin.
Chill until firm.
