Line cookie sheet with waxed paper.
Melt candy coating in small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat.
Place sandwich cracker on fork.
Dip into melted coating; gently remove coated sandwich cracker, letting excess coating drip from fork.
Place dipped cracker on waxed paper lined cookie sheet to dry.
Repeat with remaining crackers and coating.
If coating becomes stiff, remelt over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Store in airtight container.
