Fresh Spiced Peaches
|Peaches||1 Pound, peeled, seeded, and halved|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Water||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
Put prepared fruit on rack in cooker.
Add cinnamon sticks.
Mix lemon juice in water; pour over fruit.
Close cover of cooker; put pressure control in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 2 minutes.
Cool at once under running water.
Add sugar to taste.
Serve the peach halves chilled.
