Barbecued Ribs And Peaches
|Country-style pork ribs||3 Pound, cut into serving pieces|
|Sliced peaches||16 Ounce|
|Chili sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic powder||1 Dash|
Sprinkle pork ribs with salt and pepper.
Place in 2 layers in square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches.
Cover loosely and microwave 6 minutes; re arrange ribs.
Cover loosely and microwave until ribs are no longer pink, 7 to 8 minutes; drain.
Drain peaches, reserving 1/3 cup syrup.
Mix reserved peach syrup, the cornstarch, chili sauce and garlic powder; spoon over ribs.
Cover loosely and microwave until ribs are tender, 10 to 12 minutes, basting with sauce every 4 min utes.
Spoon peaches around ribs.
Cover loosely and microwave until hot, 1 to 2 minutes.
