|Orange juice||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Shredded coconut||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place peaches in shallow baking dish; place banana over peaches.
Mix brown sugar and orange juice; place over low heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over banana.
Mix coconut and bread crumbs; sprinkle over top.
Bake in 375-degree oven for 15 minutes or until coconut is browned lightly.
