Peaches Supreme With Mincemeat

|Packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Light corn syrup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sherry||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Canned cling peach halves||1 1⁄4 Can (12.5 oz) (1 large can)|
|Flaked coconut||1 Tablespoon|
Combine brown sugar, corn syrup, sherry and butter; simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour syrup mixture over peaches; let stand until ready to serve.
Fill peaches with coconut.
