|Sliced sweetened peaches||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cointreau||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Peach ice cream||1 Quart|
Mix peaches and Cointreau; let stand until ready to use.
Chill evaporated milk in freezer tray until icy crystals form.
Chill small mixer bowl and beaters.
Pour milk into bowl; whip with mixer at high speed until fluffy.
Add lemon juice; whip until stiff peaks form.
Beat ice cream in large bowl until creamy; fold in peach and milk mixtures.
Beat just until blended.
May be stored in freezer for 1 hour.
Serve in chilled dessert dishes.
