  Sugar 3 Pound
  Peaches 9 Pound, peeled
  Vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Pour sugar over peaches; let stand for several hours.
Add vinegar; cook until syrup thickens, stirring occasionally.
Place in sterilized jars; seal.
