|Melted butter||2 Tablespoon|
|Mincemeat||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sour cream||(as required)|
Arrange peach halves in greased baking dish; brush with melted butter.
Spoon rounded tablespoons of mincemeat into each half.
Spoon any remaining mincemeat around peach halves.
Bake in 350-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until peaches are lightly browned.
Top with sour cream; serve.
