This Peach Patisseries tastes absolutley divine and hnece is so irresistable to miss it. Here’s a quick and easy to make recipe for Peach Patisseries and just relish!
Ingredients
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (4.8 tbs)
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2 , slightly beaten
  Vanilla 1⁄3 Teaspoon
  Almond extract 1⁄3 Teaspoon
  Baked tart shells 6 Inch (3 Inch)
  Peach halves 6
Directions

In the top of a double boiler mix together sugar, flour, corn- starch and salt.
Stir in milk.
Cook over low heat, stirring con- stantly, until thick.
Pour slowly into beaten egg yolks, return to double boiler and cook over boiling water 3 minutes.
Cool.
Add flavorings.
Pour mixture into tart shells.
Place a peach half on each, cut side up.
If desired, garnish with whipped cream.
