Microwave Peach Melba

Ingredients
  Canned peach halves 16 Ounce (1 can)
  Frozen strawberries 10 Ounce, thawed
  Currant jelly 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Empty the syrup from peaches and strawberries into glass casserole dish. Set the fruits aside
2. Add the jelly and cornstarch to the juices and mix well. Cook this mixture on HIGH (9) for 4 to 6 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring twice.
3. Put the fruit back into the hot sauce.

SERVING
4. Serve over ice cream, cakes or with cold cream
