Frozen Peach Brandy Supreme
|Unsweetened frozen peaches||16 Ounce, thawed|
|Apricot preserves||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Brandy extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla extract||2 Teaspoon|
|Almond extract||2 Teaspoon|
|Skim milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Half and half||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1 In a food processor,add peaches and preserves.
2 Blend to puree.
3 Add in extracts and process just to blend.
4 In a large bowl, blend in honey, skim milk, and half-and-half.
5 Combine with peach mixture and stir to mix.
6 In an ice cream maker, process the mixture as per the manufacturer's instructions.
7 Or into a large, square pan transfer the mixture and freeze until thickened but not frozen.
8 Remove from the freezer, and gently beat to break down ice crystals.
9 Return to the freezer.
10 Repeat the process twice.
11 Into 2 1-quart containers, pack the ice milk the last time.
12 Freeze until ready to serve.
13 Serve chilled.
