Peaches With Ginger

Ingredients
  Squeezed orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Peeled sliced peaches 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Finely chopped candied fruits 2 Tablespoon
  Flaked coconut 1 Tablespoon
  Mint sprig 1
Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl mix orange juice,honey and salt.
2 Add in the peach slices along with ginger and mix by gently tossing it.
3 Cover the bowl and chill for approx 3 hours.

SERVING
4 Pour into sherbet glasses with the help of a spoon.
5 Sprinkle with coconut and garnish with mint sprigs.
