1) In a greased slow cooker, mix together the baking mix, oats, brown sugar and cinnamon.
2) Add the peaches and peach juice and stir well.
3) Cook over low heat for a minimum of 5 hours. In case a drier cobbler is preferred, remove the lid for the final 15 to 30 minutes of cooking.
4) Serve alongside ice cream or frozen yoghurt.
