Peach Ladyfinger Dessert

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Powdered sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , separated
  Almond extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sliced peaches 16 Ounce
  Ladyfingers 20
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, cream the butter and powdered sugar; add egg yolks and almond extract
2. Beat egg whites in a smaller bowl and add to the creamed mixture
3. On the bottom of the bread tin, place ten halves of lady fingers, split along the length
4. Add the filling and half the drained peaches and place the rest of the ladyfinger halves and add another layers of the filling and peaches; refrigerate

SERVING
5. Serve with whipped cream
