Peach And Red Pepper Relish
|Hot red peppers||2|
|Sweet red peppers||12|
|Peaches||12 (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Lemons||2 , sliced 1/4 inch thick, seeds removed|
|White vinegar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Chop peppers finely or use processor.
Chop peaches by hand.
Combine all ingredients and boil for 1/2 hour.
Remove lemon and add 6 cups sugar.
Boil 1/2 hour stirring constantly.
Pour into sterilized sealers.
