|White vinegar||1 Pint|
|White sugar||12 Ounce|
|Cinnamon stick||1 (2 Inch)|
|Cloves||8 , crushed|
|Peaches||3 Pound, skinned|
1) Allow vinegar, sugar, spices and water to simmer for 10 minutes.
2) Stir in enough peaches that can be covered by liquid and cook them until soft.
3) Store them in jars by packing well.
4) Prepare the next batch of peaches in a similar manner.
5) Cover the jars with liquid and seal tightly.
6) Use as required.
