Ginger And Peach Dessert
|Ripe yellow peaches||1 Large|
|Sweetened whipped cream||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped nuts||1 Tablespoon|
|Ice cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Scoop)|
Halve the peaches, peel them and remove the stones.
Spread a little ginger syrup over the bottom of a shallow baking dish, and place the peaches in the dish, hollow sides upper- most.
Place a little ginger syrup in the centre of each peach and bake at 350° F for 20 mins.
Remove and allow the peaches to get cold.
Fill the centre of each peach with ice cream and garnish with chopped ginger and chopped nuts, and decorate the whole with roses of whipped cream.
