|Canned peach halves||8 (White)|
|Chestnut puree||2 Tablespoon|
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) In a dish, arrange the drained peaches.
2) Combine cream, brandy, and chestnut puree.
3) Spoon the mixture over the peaches, cover, and chill in the refrigerator.
4) Season and serve.
