Ingredients
  Canned peach halves 8 (White)
  Brandy 2 Tablespoon
  Chestnut puree 2 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a dish, arrange the drained peaches.
2) Combine cream, brandy, and chestnut puree.
3) Spoon the mixture over the peaches, cover, and chill in the refrigerator.

SERVING
4) Season and serve.
