Golden Peach Crunch

Ingredients
  Canned cling peach slices 58 Ounce (2 Cans, 1 Pound 13 Ounce Each)
  Cornstarch 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Quick quaker oats 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Uncooked)
  Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Tablespoon
Directions

Drain peach slices thoroughly; mix with cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon juice.
Turn into 8" baking dish.
Combine Quaker oats, butter, sugar and salt; mix until crumbly.
Sprinkle over peaches.
Bake at 375 degree oven about 30 minutes.
Serve hot with plain or whipped cream.
Serves 8.
