Pickled Peaches

Ingredients
  Brown sugar 2 Pound
  Vinegar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cinnamon stick 1 Ounce
  Whole cloves 1⁄2 Ounce
  Peaches 4 Quart
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Dip peaches in hot water.
2. Rub off its fuzz using a cloth.

MAKING
3. In a pan, boil sugar, vinegar and spices for about 20 minutes.
4. Then place a few peaches at a time in the syrup and cook it until it becomes tender.
5. Pack them into sterilized jars and adjust sterilized rubbers.
6. Put on sterilized covers and seal jars immediately.

SERVING
7. Use as required.
