Peach Ease

Ingredients
  Canned sliced peaches 29 Ounce (1 Can)
  Quick cooking tapioca 3 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon, melted
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place peaches with juice in a 7x11-inch baking pan.
Stir in tapioca and cinnamon.
In mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Spoon batter over peaches.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until cake tests done.
For an extra crunch, sprinkle 1/4 cup chopped pecans over batter before baking.
