Hot Spiced Peaches
|Unsweetened canned peach halves||8|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
Drain the juice from the peaches and reserve.
Combine the peach juice and remaining ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
Place the peaches in a shallow baking pan and pour the juice over them; bake covered at 300° until the juice is thick, approximately 15-20 minutes.
