Peach Bellini

Ingredients
  Peaches 2 Large
  Orange juice 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Dry champagne 1 Bottle (1 l), chilled
  Ice cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Into a small saucepan of boiling water drop peaches.
Blanch for 2 minutes; drain.
Remove peach skins and pits.
In a blender container combine peaches, orange juice and lemon juice.
Puree until smooth.
Add Champagne and ice cubes.
Process until blended and frothy.
Into chilled Champagne glasses pour Champagne mixture.
Serve immediately.
