  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sponge cakes 2 Small, cut in small pieces (About 4 Inches In Diameter)

Peel and slice peaches.
Add lemon juice and 3 tablespoons sugar.
Let stand while preparing other ingredients.
Whip cream; add 2 teaspoons sugar and vanilla.
Fold together cake pieces, whipped cream and peaches.
