  Seedless grapes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Four Star)
  Banana 1⁄2
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ice cubes 3
Directions

Combine grapes, banana, milk, yogurt, honey, lemon juice and ice in a blender.
Process on high speed for 15 seconds.
