Spiced Peach Crunch

  Fresh peaches 8 Medium, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Peach brandy 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Regular oats 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), uncooked
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Reduced calorie margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cut into chunks and chilled
  Unsweetened shredded coconut 3 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly grated nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon, freshly grated

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well.
Let stand 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add oats.
Pulse 3 or 4 times.
Add flour and remaining ingredients; pulse 4 or 5 times or until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Place peach mixture in an 11- x 7- x 2-inch baking dish; sprinkle oat mixture evenly over peaches.
Cover and bake at 400° for 15 minutes; uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes or until peaches are tender and oat topping is crisp.
