Apple Peach Crunch

  Plain non fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Apple pie spice 1 Tablespoon
  Margarine 1 Teaspoon
  Grape nuts cereal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 2 Teaspoon
  Frozen unsweetened peach slices/3 1/2 cups peeled, pitted and sliced fresh peaches 16 Ounce (1 Package)

In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt and 1 1/2 teaspoons of the apple pie spice.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Spray a small skillet with no-stick spray.
Add the margarine and heat over medium heat until melted.
Meanwhile, in another small bowl, combine the cereal, honey and the remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons of apple pie spice.
Add the cereal mixture to the skillet.
Cook and stir about 2 minutes or until the margarine is absorbed.
Remove the skillet from the heat.
